What a wonderful family story the Boirons are, passionate winegrowers for five generations in Châteauneuf-du-Pape! Today, Nicolas, with his daughters Eva and Anna, carry on the tradition on their magnificent plots. The family favors sustainable viticulture, in harmony with a rich and diverse terroir: rolled pebbles, red sandstone and clay-limestone subsoil. Thanks to modern equipment such as temperature-controlled vats and an oak cellar, each wine is a unique expression of the terroir. Awarded numerous medals, Boiron wines have won acclaim both in France and abroad.
