This estate comprises two properties: 15 ha in Châteauneuf-du-Pape and 28 ha on the right bank of the Rhône, at La Chapelle-de-Maillac, in the Gard department. Some vines are over 50 years old, others over 80! The estate's reputation is due in part to a cuvée (aptly named) from a hundred-year-old parcel, Le Secret des Sabon, sold by reservation only and closely guarded by the family.
