The tasting cellar is located in the center of the village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, in the hillside that leads to the church, next to the town hall, and another next to the Tourist Office. A nice little stop that we recommend. Olivier Hilaire also organizes every weekend in his vineyards, the most beautiful summer evenings of the region: unusual and on reservation!
