We were misled at this restaurant; we inquired whether we could include dessert as part of the set meal, and after double-checking with the staff, they assured us it was possible. However, when the bill arrived, the dessert was not included.

As a group of 14, we ended up paying nearly 100€ more than expected. The staff was dismissive and quite arrogant in their response.

Restaurant had a nice view but service was extremely disappointing. We opted for the set menu to share, and the waiter acknowledged it when he took our order. When we paid the bill, we were charged ala carte prices instead and was told that sharing set menu items were not allowed. We ended up paying a lot more and would not recommend.

I was profoundly dissatisfied with the service at this restaurant. The apparent apathy of the waitstaff, which resulted in a 20-minute delay for menus, was just the beginning of a series of service failures. Even more troubling was the incorrect billing; despite assurances to the contrary, we were charged à la carte prices instead of the shared set menu pricing we were quoted. This discrepancy not only reflects poorly on the restaurant's service standards but also suggests a disconcerting lack of transparency.

The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The staff exhibited a remarkable lack of concern, failing to provide menus for an unacceptable duration of 20 minutes. Compounding the issue, we were unexpectedly charged for individual items rather than the set menu we were promised could be shared. This misinformation and overall poor service greatly detracted from our group dining experience and left us feeling deceived.

Regrettably, my experience at this restaurant was deeply unsatisfactory. Service was deplorable; both waiter and waitress dismissed our presence, leaving us unattended for 20 long minutes before we could so much as glance at a menu. Adding insult to injury, we were incorrectly charged a la carte prices after being assured by the staff that sharing a set menu would be permissible. Such negligence and misleading information reflect poorly on the restaurant and tarnish its reputation for fine dining.

Absolutely terrible service. Took 20 mins for our MENU to arrive, staff was rude when we asked for the menu. Service continued to be terrible throughout with the female waitress being rude whenever we needed service. We dined as a group and tried pretty much all the items on the menu, only the starter of the day was a standout, everything else was subpar. Desserts were good but not good enough to justify the rude service. To top things off when we ordered we were told the set of the day offer was applicable for our order but alas when the bill arrived this was not the case. They claimed it wouldn’t apply because we shared bites for some of the dishes. This exception was not flagged when we were ordering. We were essentially misled into ordering more thinking it would be part of the set discount. To conclude, avoid this place

Would not recommend for tourists at all. Food was very average. Nice views but service was very bad. We waited very long for the menu, food and drinks. Had to keep reminding the waiters at least twice, and they just brushed us off. Also ended up overcharging us a la carte prices instead of the set menu, no communication and very unfriendly when we asked. (A few other reviews here have made the same comment on the service and pricing.) Overall an unpleasant experience.

Service was not great, we had to wait 15mins to get a menu and staff were not very attentive.

Also a very dishonest business, we ordered the set menu but they insisted on charging us the ala carte price saying ‘we shared the food’ among the group.

米其林法式料理-不得不說這裡的小羊排及創意甜點真的有夠好吃????羊排完全沒有羊羶味，料理至七分熟一口咬下竟然還有肉汁????再搭配獨特醬汁更加鮮嫩美味????

造型很美的甜點吃起來很有層次感，香草冰淇淋和花生的結合，吃得到堅果顆粒再搭配柔滑細緻的鮮奶油，吃進去的每一口風味很不一樣，療癒又滿足的甜點????
另一款甜點酸中帶甜，用鮮奶油擠成的玫瑰花????中間的花蕾是一顆顆紅莓，底下吃起來是莓果塔的風味，旁邊有杯紅莓醬略酸，互相搭配著吃，好似戀愛般的感覺☺️????

這裡的服務人員熱情洋溢，工作時面帶笑容，讓用餐的客人也被那股熱忱和開心給渲染????
他告訴我們說在這裡工作很開心????所以自然就會面帶笑容????
兒子也說若不是還年輕，真想在這裡養老，有美酒????有美食有美景，住在這裡自然心情愉悅啊????
夏天在戶外用餐時，感覺這裡一點也不熱，微風徐徐吹來，好想舒服地躺在吊床上感受愜意自在的美好????

Superbe cadre, le repas et le vin très agréable. Et le personnel aimable et attentionné. Prix très correct nous avons pris tous les 7 le menu vignerons à 60 euros de l'apéritif au café, un verre de vin différent à chaque plat, tout est compris donc pas de surprise.

Si vous voulez manger une bonne cuisine française raffinée accompagnée de bons vins c'est ici !

En été une belle terrasse avec une superbe vue peut vous être proposée

L'accueil est super, les serveurs sont aux petits soins même lorsqu'ils sont en sous effectif!

Les plats sont généreux raffinés et savoureux .

Lors de votre visite à Château Neuf du Pape il faut y faire une halte.

Le restaurant dispose également d'une cave à vin juste en contrebas ou vous pouvez y acheter tous les vin que vous avez pu déguster lors de votre repas.

Pensez à réserver une table cela vous garantira d'avoir une place.

Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

I have been to many restaurants all over the world this is by far one of the worst I have ever been at. The waiter was terrible and very rude, the magret de canard I had was terrible, I've had this dish at many other restaurants and also make it myself since I really like the dish. the only redeeming quality at this restaurant was the view it was very nice.

A disgraceful experience. Very rude, extremely unwelcoming to vegetarians.
Too bad I cannot give less than a single star. We called and asked if they had vegetarian options. They said they had, so we made a reservation. Once in the restaurant we learnt that for no specific reason the vegetarian main dish was not part of the advantageously priced menu, so we had to pay 28 euro for what turned out to be a tiny amount of grilled vegetables, including hard chickpeas. When asked about this, the waiter said that "we should have checked the menu" and that it's "not a vegetarian restaurant". In the rest of France, the chefs (even the meat oriented ones) were able to provide us with high class vegetarian meals, but this restaurant provided us with the biggest disappointment ever. Avoid.

We called in advance to ask if there was any vegetarian option for food, the answer “yes, we do!”. Upon arrival, we received the menu and the fixed menu price was 39€ for a starter, main and dessert BUT it wrote that vegetarian option did not include to this so we had to do ‘A la carte’ (which was no way logical). Starter was nice but then came the main course - what a joke! Most terrible vegetarian dish I’ve ever had in France, perhaps even ever! It was bunch of sad vegetables and legumes with zero harmony and we paid 28€ for it. I told the waiter that it was a disaster and he got mad, started to shake his arms in a macho way around like “i don’t really care” and said “this is not a vegetarian restaurant”. Options are simple: if you think that way, do not offer a lame option to people and don’t waste people’s money and time on a place like this. Such a shame because we had such wonderful vegetarian options in every sort of restaurant in all around Provence and Occitane! This was unacceptable but we still had to pay 28€ for this dish attached to the review: what a scam.

Plus; another visitor who had ordered the same dish said this was the worst food they had eaten in France.

Shame on you.

Une expérience très mitigé franchement je suis restaurateur depuis 16 ans et j’ai jamais vu une viande cuite en basse température aussi sèche que sa accompagner deux 3 pauvres légumes et 30 grammes de purée sa fait chère le menu la sauce sauve un peut le repas mais franchement ce n’est pas à l hauteur du verger dés pape d’y a 10 ans franchement déçu le fois gras bon mais petite en sans sel n’y poivre sans intérêt dommage pour un si beau cadre

My wife and I reserved lunch table on the terrace. The service was terrible and we had no attention for well over 30mins. I tracked down our waiter who told me to relax and enjoy the view. The entree was bad - veal porridge? - the duck breast main was good. Overall the exquisite view and historic ambience should have made this a great lunch - but it was bad and expensive - the most disappointing dining experience we have had after 6 weeks in France.

La vue depuis la terrasse est incomparable. Ambiance agréable. La nourriture était exquise et le service à la hauteur - le personnel était génial et s'est mis en quatre pour nous :)

Restaurant très bien situé, un moment de quiétude et de délices de l'entrée au dessert. Visite et dégustation de la cave au sous sol. Environnement magnifique.
Cour extérieure close permettant aux enfants de se dégourdir les jambes!
Nous n'avons pas trouvé de table à manger par contre.

Un lieu d exception perché sur les hauteurs de Châteauneuf du Pape, un cadre décoré avec beaucoup de goût, une cuisine raffinée avec des produits frais associee a des vins d exception. Les mets et le vin ont ravis nos papilles. Nos hommes vous recommandent la pièce de boeuf. De belles assiettes aux saveurs subtiles (un sorbet au safran pour accompagner des rillettes de saumon par exemple).
Seul petit bémol : lorsque nous avons demandé un apéritif, le serveur n a pas su nous proposer une alternative a un vin pétillant italien bien connu et nous sommes restés bêtes et n avons pas pris d apéritif.
Malgré ce petit bémol, nous avons passé une excellente soirée et nous nous sommes régalés.

Une adresse à retenir !!!

C'est la deuxième fois qu'on vient dîner dans cet endroit et on a pas été déçu bien au contraire. La nourriture y est excellente (que des produits frais de saison) sans compter la gentillesse extrême du personnel ! Ils ont su garder le sourire avec un brin d'humour même lorsqu'ils étaient dans le rush car ils étaient complet et je vous conseille de réserver d'ailleurs ????.
En bref allez-y les yeux fermés, vous ne le regretterez pas d'autant plus qu'en belle saison d'été, vous pouvez profiter d'une magnifique vue panoramique en extérieur mais pour être honnête ce qui nous apporter le petit + c'est vraiment la bonne humeur des serveurs ! (C'est si rare).
