Since its creation in 2016 by Alexandre de Zordi, a seasoned cyclist, this craft brewery has gone from strength to strength, producing 2,000 liters of beer a day. The beautiful suds are awarded medals every year, and come in blond, white and amber, with distinctive characteristics such as Tête de Chauve à la fraise de Carpentras and Géant de Provence, a 9° triple. The labels bear the altitudes of the Vaucluse peaks: 1912, 1575, 1450 and finally 1050 and 1850.
