Christine and Philippe Roux, stone cutters, now run the family business. Operated by a single field since the nineteenth century, the site is worth a look. Building stone, debited elements, tiles... La Roche d'Espeil, a stone of sedimentary rock, frost-resistant, is very popular in the region (some artists like Pétrus sculpt it...).
