Julien Allano's new address in Bonnieux, the Michelin-starred chef from Ju Maison de Cuisine has taken over the former Fournil on this small square where a fountain flows. Julien works with local produce, especially local products. Sauces and condiments from Maison Aix et Terra (made in the Drôme and on sale in the adjoining grocery store) enhance the flavors. The bread from Julien's bakery in the heart of the village is the perfect accompaniment. We finish with the sweet treats of Goût une Histoire de Glaces, the chef's latest venture to extend the experience.

Table à découvrir dans le coeur du village de Bonnieux : accueil chaleureux et professionnel; terrasse ombragée et surtout une cuisine de qualité : des associations de goûts subtiles, des produits de saisons sublimés, des assiettes équilibrées (voire généreuses !). En bref : une carte maitrisée et un service rapide et agréable. Nous recommandons et reviendrons !

De passage à Bonnieux, nous avons déjeuner à Goût Bistrot un dimanche midi. L'emplacement au calme sur la terrasse privée, sous les arbres, autour d'une fontaine était très agréable.
Nous avons apprécié l'apéritif et l'amuse-bouche ; puis nous nous sommes régalés avec une généreuse assiette de ribs et une mousse au chocolat très gouteuse.
Le resto porte bien son nom !

4.2!? What a lie! This is an extremely good restaurant, the best of all which we tried in Luberon. I ate the pork ribs which were beautifully tender, but what amazed was the really deep tomato sauce and the potatoes done to perfection. The entree of courgetes on goat cheese was very fun because it was accompanied with a crispy empty puff pastry roll. Also enjoyed the greeting from the kitchen witch combined sweet watermelon and fluer de sel with popcorn! The pasta dish we had is a dish that caters to the masses and doesn't have the same complexity, but was well done as well.

Très bon accueil, ambiance agréable sur la plus belle place de Bonnieux. On sort un peu trop vite du menu à 35€ si on veut se faire plaisir…Ceviche d’Espadon excellent, Black Angus excellente également, dessert aux fraises nickel. Note finale de 140€ pour une entrée, deux plats et 2 desserts + une bouteille de vin, c’est finalement aussi chez que chez Ju Maison de cuisine le midi avec un niveau un bon cran au dessus…Vins trop chers : rosé Edyins ou La Canorgue à 35€, quand on connaît le prix d’achat ! Service rapide et efficace. À refaire avec grand plaisir
