Created in 1924, the winery brings together over 100 cooperative members. In this beautiful space, you'll find a wide range of red, white and rosé Ventoux wines, segmented into three categories: Premium (older vintages), Valeurs (good value for money), Initiales (entry-level wines). Not surprising when you consider that the Ventoux winegrowers' group covers an area of 1,000 hectares, including 750 ha of AOP Côtes-du-Ventoux, and 250 ha of vins de pays and vins de table.
