Chantal and Patrick Ochs combine two areas of expertise: olive growing and milling. Crushed by granite millstones, the olives are transformed into three oils: La Discrète, a monovarietal bouteillan; La Fougueuse, ranked in 2025 as the best olive oil in the world in the Flos Olei guide with a score of 93/100; and La Précieuse, obtained by crushing the olives. These are the very first drops of olive oil obtained naturally by crushing.
