Nicolas organizes basket-weaving workshops and guided tours of his crops
Nicolas and Loïz Appel practise a rare profession, that of basket maker and wicker grower. In France, there are only about a hundred of them! The Appel family cultivates some forty varieties. To give diversity to their wickerwork (baskets, cradles, lamps, home decor, art basketry...), they work with shades of wicker, from red to black, green to yellow-brown. Loïz organizes introductory basketry courses all year round.

rencontré sur le marché d'Apt en provence, belle rencontre, avec plein d'explication cetait fabuleux et jai un beau panier a la maison, pas decu de la qualité! vous pouvez y aller sans hésiter!
