Created in 1968, it forged a solid reputation for efficiency and excellence, which is in a constantly evolving sector. Thus, with 2 pastry workshops, 4 kitchens and a pedagogical bar, an ice cream, the hotel school is equipped with modern infrastructures necessary for students to grow. It also has two educational restaurants (a brasserie and a gourmet restaurant) where guests can enjoy the achievements of the young people in the grill from Monday to Friday (upon reservation). It forms part of all the catering and hospitality trades: kitchen, room, sommelier, head of rank, hospitality… It offers a choice of 19 professional training programmes combining theory and practice, from CAP to Master (the brand new Master In Hospitality Management, in partnership with University College Birmingham), in initial and alternating training. The 1000 students (including 50% apprenticeship students) benefit from the knowledgeable experience and advice of the 70 teachers and stakeholders. With its reputation, the establishment offers students internships in quality structures in France and abroad. The diploma issued is a sesame opening the doors of the professions taught. No unemployed among students at the hotel school.
