CONSEIL DEPARTEMENTAL D’ACCES AU DROIT (CDAD) DE VAUCLUSE
Created in July 2000, the CDAD is a public interest grouping whose actions are financed by the State, the Regional Council and the General Council. It thus seeks to promote free consultations in the main municipalities of the Vaucluse in order to provide a specialized legal response, particularly with regard to the rights of the child, youth law and the law of foreigners. They are given by lawyers from the bars of Avignon and Carpentras, by the ministerial chamber of notaries and by the ushers'deputies. Through its website, you can find valuable information about first and second degree courts, how to file complaints or to find an alternative to trial (conciliation). There are also legal advisory issues on topics such as work-employment, family-marriage, "debt-consumption" or "foreign-right to nationality". Practice: a directory of lawyers, notaries and ushers near home.
