The Town Hall of Avignon entrusted the management of the Nautique Nautique to the Compagnie des Grands Bateaux de Provence. It is at the foot of the Rock of the Doms, on the Quay of the line that it is installed. More than 1 000 boats berth there every year for stays of several days to several weeks. The Halte Nautique is open 8 months a year with timetables adapted to the seasonality of the City.

Nice town. Mooring is fine but was very busy. We had someone try and cut in to get the last space. Prepare for people double mooring. If you at the north end of the mooring you'll need a long cable for electricity. The plug was 60m from the boat and we only have a 35m cable. Captainerie suggested that we double moor closer but we're a 20 ton steel boat and all the rest were plastic. Isn't cheap for what you get but with the lack of mooring in the south of the Rhone.
