The Utopia, Le Cinéma d'Art et Essai d'Avignon are no longer presented. Since 1976, the brand has never deviated from its basic rule: to promote a cinema that is more artistic and cultural than commercial, without however ever falling into pure and simple elitism. As a result, film lovers regularly gather here to discover a rich, curious, intense and open-minded selection: independent, foreign, auteur, intimate, experimental, documentary films... Obviously, everything is broadcast in V.O. Also, animated films are on display, for the greatest pleasure of the very young and even the adults. The 5 rooms have a cachet with their old-fashioned red velvet on the walls, the wooden desk under the screen and the squeaky seats. It is important to arrive on time! After the session, you can eat at a table at Café Roma, to the right of the entrance.
