Romantic bed and breakfast nestled at the foot of Ansouis castle.

Nestled at the foot of the château, this former 16th-century royal inn is a cosy nest with 4 guest rooms on the1st floor, whose titles pay homage to the surrounding villages: Roussillon, Gordes, Lourmarin and Ansouis, of course... Romantic ambience with canopies, subdued lighting, linen and soft hues. The house is laid out on several levels, without an elevator, with its stone staircases, vaulted rooms, cathedral lounge and reception room with fireplace. A hearty breakfast is served. Municipal parking lot 50 m away.

Excellent accueil, Steph est un hôte aux petits soins, nous le remercions encore chaleureusement. Et un petit déjeuner plus que parfait. Nous recommandons sans hésitation. Steph connait parfaitement bien la région, il peut facilement vous aider pour des visites à faire, des bonnes adresse de restaurants, pour des sorties etc….

Une découverte ! A ne pas manquer : dans ce village harmonieusement restauré, cette chambre d’hôtes est à recommander. Chambres impeccablement décorées (nous avons eu la chambre Gordes), dans une maison de village magnifique. Accueil chaleureux et dans la bonne humeur de Steph, qui prépare également un délicieux petit déjeuner très complet. Nous avons été enchantés !

Gorgeous AirBnB with fabulous host! The house and room were stunning—private and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was incredible! So copious that I skipped lunch. The views from the window in my room were amazing. Ansouis is a charming village and was a great start of my trip to visit other beautiful villages, such as Curceron, Vaugines and Lourmarin. One of the most wonderful things about May in Provence are the wild poppies and they were in full bloom on my drive up to Ansouis. Loved my stay here!
