Opening time and information on CHÂTEAU SAINT-JULIEN-D’AILLE
100% organic. Open Saturday, 9:30am to 1pm and 1:30pm to 6pm. Low season: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 6pm. High season: Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:30pm; Sunday, 11am to 1pm and 1:30pm to 4:30pm. Open all year round. Parking available. Olive oil, honey, Provencal specialties... Groups of between 5 and 50 people welcome by prior reservation with the estate. Cheques not accepted.
Owner's Message
Saint-Julien d'Aille is a family home where you can indulge yourself and make memories. Here, you leave the stress of the city at the Château's doorstep. These four independent gites, spread across the estate, celebrate nature and the terroir. The light-filled rooms open onto vineyards, olive groves and umbrella pines. Open kitchens open onto large family tables and lounges dedicated to laziness.
This wine estate, in the heart of Provence Cristalline, is a little bubble, an incredible organic vineyard in the foothills of the Maures massif, along the Aille river.
At the vinothèque, visitors can taste these exceptional wines, awarded at the most prestigious competitions, and take part in guided tours and Thursday evening "apéros-pétanques" in season.
Three two-bedroom gîtes from 399€ per night and one three-bedroom gîte from 499€ per night.
Reception and sales at the cellar every day from 10H00 to 18H00. May to September: open Sundays from 11am to 12:30pm, 1pm to 6pm.
June to August: tours of the estate from Monday to Saturday at 3pm. Apéros-Pétanque on Thursdays from 6 to 9 pm.

Nous avons organisé une cérémonie laique dans l'allée des marronniers et l'endroit était juste sublime. Je recommande aux futurs mariés de réserver également les gites pour dormir sur place et d'organiser un brunch le lendemain pour profiter pleinement de la beauté du lieu !
