Former trumpet player, the owner Marcus Conrad, chose the oenologist Jérôme Dufour to accompany him and create superb AOP Cotes de Provence and IGP Pays des Maures wines in the 3 colours. He also vinifies 2 cuvées of natural wines without any input, in red and rosé. These are very successful wines, already spotted by specialized journalists and wine guides. On the estate, a Nature and winegrower's trail winds through the woods and vineyards, offering the chance to discover the rich flora and fauna of the area in a very pretty walk in the shade of the immense umbrella pines.

In an exceptional setting, Château Saint-Julien d'Aille extends over 172 hectares, between vineyards, pine forests and olive groves, set against the foothills of the Massif des Maures and bathed by the River Aille. The precious sandy-clay terroir with quartz on the slopes, where the sunshine favors good ripening, produces excellent grape quality. The combination of organic farming and cutting-edge technology contributes to the production of some of the finest, most elegant and aromatic AOC Côtes de Provence wines, which regularly win medals at the most prestigious competitions. The vinothèque awaits you to discover the château and taste its wines: Cuvée Triumvir in red and white, Cuvée Imperator and Cuvée Saint-Julien in red, rosé and white.

It is first of all the beauty of the place that will strike you. The immensity of the domain which covers 680 hectares where the Templars built a commandery in the Middle Ages. The almost mystical elegance of the castle, built in the Italian style in 1862 and chosen for the filming of the movie "Le château de ma mère" in 1990. This winery, founded in 1912, operates a 700-hectare vineyard in the Côtes de Provence appellation, partly under organic farming methods. Its terroir benefits from a Mediterranean climate favourable to grape varieties such as syrah, grenache, cinsault, mourvèdre, cabernet, rolle and carignan, which allows for an excellent production of AOP and IGP wines from the Maures region, regularly awarded in competitions. At the cellar, you can also find wine-based products.

At the foot of the Massif des Maures nature reserve, Anne and Dimitri produce, as a couple, with passion and humility, wines with the scent of Provence. The tasting of the beverages of the domain is done at the foot of the immense and majestic hundred-year-old plane tree. The wines stamped Jale are the result of a reasoned culture adapted to the complexity of the soils, in harmony with nature, in a scheme that wants to be "organic decompartmentalized". AOP Côtes de Provence, the whites and rosés are fine, elegant and aromatic. The reds are for ageing, without heaviness.
