Santa Rosalia's miracle recipe? Mexican cuisine revisited, skilfully concocted with organic and local tacos. The tortillas, for example, are made with flour from Bras, the desserts with eggs from Le Pradet, and in the glass, a choice of beer from the Rade or wine from Correns. The menu is renewed almost daily, and you can enjoy it all in the charming little dining room or on the lovely shaded terrace outside, while sipping a delicious 100% homemade lemonade. Dès la 1ère bouchée on comprends que l'on va en ressortir satisfait. Les Tostadas et les Tacos ont beaucoup de goût et dégagent à merveille les parfums de la cuisine mexicaine. Les cocktails sont bons, notamment le Santa Rosalia.
La carte change régulièrement en fonction des saisons et propose beaucoup d'options végétariennes.
Il faut s'attendre à mettre une 30 aine d'euros pour pouvoir vraiment profiter de ce que le restaurant a à offrir mais vous ne serez pas déçu.
