Julien Bertin has taken over the family farm. He lovingly raises almost a hundred goats and a few cows, and the cows do him proud! They produce exceptional cheeses, regularly awarded medals, such as the "michette", a goat's tome au torchon. Part of his production is sold direct, one morning at the farm, the other at AMAP, and his cheeses now grace the star-studded tables of several Côte d'Azur restaurants.
