CHÂTEAU DE SAINT-MARTIN
From the 10th to the 18th century, the monks of Lérins built an underground cellar where the wines still mature today. A Classified Growth in the Côtes-de-Provence appellation, the estate uses organic viticulture, respecting the soil, to produce complex, refined wines. Owned by the same family since 1740, it has almost always been run by women, today by Countess Adeline de Barry. Different ranges are produced as cru classé: the essential range, limited editions produced in small quantities, and premium cuvées from old vines.
