Les Vignerons de Taradeau combines heritage, passion and oenological innovation. Located in a region with a remarkable terroir, this cooperative winery perpetuates ancestral know-how to produce wines that express the richness and typicity of the Taradeau soil. Each plot is cultivated with respect for local biodiversity and using sustainable farming methods. Hand-picked grapes and winemaking techniques that combine tradition and modernity enhance the value of local grape varieties to create a varied range of reds, whites and rosés. The wines on offer are characterized by their balance and personality. Each cuvée reveals distinct aromas: fruity and spicy for some, mineral and fresh for others. The constant attention paid to each stage of production, from vineyard work to bottling, enables us to produce wines of character, suited to the most demanding palates. To complement its production, the winery offers a delicatessen with over 1,500 products in a modern setting. Visits, tastings and wine tours help visitors discover the history and identity of the terroir.
