Inside the century-old Hotel Ermitage, enjoy Thai, Vietnamese and Indonesian specialties, accompanied by sake and classic funk, house and disco music from the 70s to the present day: chicken with lemongrass or green curry, pork filet mignon with caramel, raw fish, Thai bouillabaisse, papaya salad with shrimp, dim sum, sushi, nems, ravioli and homemade steams, not forgetting chocolate nems for dessert. Petanque and karaoke evenings are also organized.

Les amis, il faut vous remettre à la vraie cuisine thaï, d'ordinaire, si riche en saveurs (citronnelle, basilic thaï, ..subtils épices) et là totalement dépourvue.
On n'a pas autant d'adresses à Saint Tropez, alors...on compte sur vous pour vous ressaisir...
