Since 1994, Au Caprice des deux has been the story of a brother and sister with a passion for cooking and sharing. Chef Stéphane Avelin, who works exclusively with fresh produce, knows how to bring out the best in regional and traditional cuisine. In a renovated setting (the restaurant has undergone a facelift), you'll savor his (organic) cocotte egg with truffles, his chicken supreme with crayfish, his Caprice-style roast fillet of Charolais beef with truffle risotto. Last but not least, a raspberry croquant, a must-try!

Le foie de veau n’a malheureusement pas été à la hauteur de nos espérances, trois petits morceaux au lieu d’une belle tranche comme nous en avons l’habitude!
