Michelin-starred inn preparing local products, meats, gourmet and beautifully prepared dishes
We can't get enough of this address from Eric Maio, who a few years ago switched from the star-studded gastronomy of his inn to bistronomy in this commercial zone. The chef has lost none of his love for the terroir and its truffled dishes. Local produce and gourmet, beautifully prepared dishes are never far away, including veal onglet, roast cod with chorizo, the famous andouillette from Autran in Callian (world andouillette champion!), and pan-fried beef filet and foie gras with truffles. Pleasant terrace.
