A jewel of gastronomy nestled near Lorgues. A renowned restaurant, awarded a Michelin star since 1990. Let yourself be carried away by a range of dishes, each more refined than the last. Carpaccio of scallops with black truffles, signature melting potato with truffles... Chef Benjamin Bruno also graced us with a filet of turbot on asparagus from Provence, on which he generously grated white Piedmont truffle. A real marvel! Attentive service.
