Restaurant with terrace in Lorgues preparing local recipes, colorful dishes, summer, light and greedy
In the heart of the Château La Martinette vineyards, Vigna is a summertime restaurant where chef Valentine Davase aims to bring the emotion of the vines to the plate. Drawing her inspiration from this enchanting environment, she offers a locavore menu that gives pride of place to local produce: gazpacho served with piquillos stuffed with fresh goat's cheese, vegetable risotto, vitello tonnato-style pan bagnat, grilled octopus served with creamy polenta. All perfectly executed to the sound of cicadas. An enchantment!

Everything about the Chateau was superb - great welcome, superb accommodation, great wine tour and dinner on the vineyard on Saturday was delicious
And the wines … we tried them all (you have to really don’t you ?) and our standout favorite was the In Situ white which is only available on site.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get an experience of a vineyard in Provence
