On his family's land, Vincent Rougier, great-grandson of a winegrower, founded Domaine Rougier in Bandol in 2023, after studying in Avignon and Montpellier and working in a cooperative. On 4.5 hectares (the other half remains in the cooperative), he produces rosé, red (aged in foudre or amphora) and an original blanc de noir 100% grenache noir in IGP Mont Caume. In conversion to organic farming, the estate favors grass cover and local sales, with tours, summer afterworks and brazier evenings.
