Plus de 55 minutes d’attente, nous n’avons pas été prévenu de l’attente, sans aucunes excuses ni geste commercial ! Ils semblent débordés, nous appelle au bout de 45mn pour récupérer la commande puis nous renvoi attendre car ils se sont trompés : « c’est pas vous, il faut encore attendre »
