Anouchka collects aromatic and medicinal plants, and is a forester who produces a whole range of healthy products.

Welcome to the estate of Anouchka Fenouillet, a passionate forester and picker of aromatic and medicinal plants. Actively involved with her husband in forest preservation and maintenance, she produces flavored salts, aromatic blends, herbal teas, infusions, jams, fruit juices and a home-made product called gomasio'Ortie (a succulent nettle-based alternative to salt). Sale of rum liqueurs (simple arrangements) made from plants harvested on 2.5 hectares of hills.
