The menu at the Lido Beach restaurant features fresh, organic, quality produce. The menu changes according to what's available, and it's very seafood-oriented, so there's no meat, only fish and fresh produce! The beauty of this cuisine executed by chef Laurette? It's the quality of the produce: local breeders, local organic vegetables, heirloom tomatoes from AMAP Ollioules, edible flowers from Aubagne (Philippe Fleur d'Antan), organic wines... without sulfites. A beautiful waterfront address.

Amazing diner before winter break! a little gem in Hyeres , the service is very nice, always with a smile and the food is delicious and well presented.

En espérant que notre avis compte ...rien a redire sur le cadre, jolie déco, emplacement superbe....juste arrivés pour un déjeuner a 12h15 ,3 adultes et un enfant,nous sommes servis a 13h30(pour les adultes)et notre fille a 13h45....un peu trop long pour elle,nous en faisons la remarque,la serveuse énervée,nous pose les assiettes sans même remarquer que nous n'avons plus de couverts(enlevés avec les entrées)....le service est donc a revoir!!!!dommage car les plats étaient bon! Manque un dessert pour le menu enfant !
