Almost 100% in general.
The employees were awesome.
2 bad points :
- Restaurant is not what we can expect for these values by far.
- The one in charge at my venue named "G", should be replaced and is dilsked by most of the employees.

Beautifully designed and art but certainly the Interior Designer and Architect did not have a clue about hotels and should severely punished. The way the building are designed the noise around some of the pools is amplified. Better landscaping would help.
Not a comfortable chair in the place including the square toilet that is painful. The shower you need to leap to get in . Only way to turn on is with a cold shower. Toilet and sinks were on the opposite side of the room. The light switch for the toilet controls the entire room.
No USB plugs. So if you want to plug anything in next to bed the side table needs to be a few meters from the wall.
Glasses and bottles at the end of the bed so be very, very careful.
Breakfast service is terrible. Breakfast fair.
Carpet is truly disgusting.
Service at the Reception and Valet was very good and the views from the main pool is incredible.
This Hotel was designed to make a statement with out much concern for the guests.
