This family-run vineyard, certified organic and AOP Côtes-de-Provence-Fréjus, is now run by the 3rd Paquette generation.
Owned by the Paquette family since 1952, this organic AOP Côtes-de-Provence-Fréjus vineyard is now run by the3rd generation, Jérôme, a graduate oenologist from the Bordeaux Institute, assisted by his daughter Claire, also an oenologist, with respect for the authenticity of the terroir. The grape varieties include grenache, mourvèdre, syrah, tibouren and rolle. It produces expressive, delicate wines, such as the Cuvée Angelico, a harmony of Tibouren, Grenache and Mourvèdre, or the Cuvée Rouge Roches Noires, with good ageing potential.
