Warm goat's cheese crisp with honey, creamy spelt risotto with summer truffle and parmesan, fillet of sea bream with Asian sauce, Camargue rice and sautéed vegetables... Specializing in entrecôte (Angus 350 g please) grilled over a wood fire. A fine address that we warmly recommend.
