Fallen under the spell of Fayence, chef Yohann Perrin has opened a meat bar. Set out on the terrace under the plane trees or in the stone-panelled dining room, you can sample seasonal produce. The menu features fine cuts of butcher's meat and poultry: prime rib, entrecôte, bavette, confit cheek of beef, veal and poultry supreme. They are served with mashed potatoes, ravioli and homemade sauces. A few fish dishes are also available à la carte, as well as a selection of tapas to share. A place we love!
