This building has 4 rooms with a unique history and décor. Add to that a flawless conviviality, and the charm is there!

It was love at first sight that Laurence, an art historian, and her husband Laurent, curator at the Museum of Maritime History in Saint-Tropez, decided to buy this building in the centre of Correns. And it is easy to see why! On 450m2, it is in fact composed of four houses joined together at the end of the 19th century, with the garden bordered by the Argens. Reinvented as a guest house, it has four rooms with a unique history and décor; add to that a flawless conviviality, and the charm works!

A slice of heaven in a quintessential quiet French town. Laurence is so very kind and helpful that after our three days here I felt like we were friends. She is a wealth of knowledge about the area and even drove me into Cotignac one day while my husband was golfing! La Marison Hilarion is so very cozy and eclectically decorated (I loved sitting in the salon with the gold velvet sofas and wood burning stove!) Original floors and features throughout the house and a wonderful garden out back which borders the river. Great hiking in the area (amongst the vineyards!) and Correns has a delicious boulangerie. Laurence will make you a plentiful breakfast with organic sheep yogurt - of course, since Correns is the first organic village in France! - fresh croissants and baguettes, jam, eggs cooked to your liking, fresh fruit, delicious cheese, and granola. And if you have the chance, do book a dinner at Maison Hilarion. It's a great price and Laurence will make you a homemade meal that will rival any restaurant. I absolutely loved staying here and felt I had a genuine French experience. Thank you to Laurence and Laurent!

Incredible, heart-felt, gorgeous hotel in the heart of Provence. Laurence and Laurent are fantastic hosts and owners of this hotel. The story of the history of the hotel is beautiful, something you can read about in your room. It has a real family feel to it, and everyone there is really friendly. Breakfast is delicious, the environment peaceful and tranquil. The old home has been renovated in a modern but rustic style. The attention to detail is fantastic- and rooms really spacious as well as the bathroom. Laurence has a very calming and compassionate aura to her, which was helpful when we literally showed up in the middle of a thunderstorm, stressed out and soaked. She looked after us and calmed us down, and recommended amazing restaurants nearby too. Cannot recommend this hotel enough and hope to come back one day.

Petit déjeuner copieux et savoureux.
Un accueil très sympathique et des conseils très appréciés pour la découverte de cette belle région de la Provence verte.
