A passion for food and wine inspired Florian and Edwige to open their Provençal bistro and wine bar. The Provençal-inspired menu changes every 10 days or so, with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal produce: artichoke velouté with truffles, "chez nous" beef carrots, trout pavé with almonds and tarragon, wild yellowtail ceviche or salt-crusted bass... At the wine bar, a wide range of wines by the glass, served with a charcuterie board, allow you to vary your taste buds.

le vieux Cogolin. Toute l'équipe est aux petits soins. Les plats sont copieux et excellents. La très bonne réputation de ce restaurant n'est pas usurpée. Si vous passez dans le coin ne cherchez pas ailleurs, c'est là qu'il faut aller sans hésitation. MAIS réservez obligatoirement au risque de ne
pas trouver de place.
