Provencal bistro and wine bar in Cogolin, with a Provencal-inspired menu featuring fresh, seasonal products, on a slate

Florian and Edwige's passion for gastronomy and wine led them to open their Provencal bistro and wine bar. The menu, inspired by Provence, changes every 10 days or so, in order to favor the use of fresh and seasonal products, truffled artichoke soup, beef carrots from "chez nous", trout steak with almonds and tarragon, wild amberjack ceviche or bass in a salt crust... At the wine bar, many wines by the glass, served with a board of cold cuts, allow you to vary your desires of discovery.

Tout est parfait dans ce restaurant. Nous y avons été pour la 6 ème fois et jamais déçu. La formule midi rapport qualité prix au top du top jamais vu ça ailleurs. Un delice !! La terrasse très agréable. Les vins toujours très bien conseillé.

personnel et patron très avenant très commerçant , passionné par son métier. Cuisine très bonne , cadre hyper sympa 45 e le menu a faire car ce n est pas donné mais en tout ca ce n'est pas volé. une belle adresse a essayer
