Located in the heart of the village, this former 17th century coaching inn has been completely renovated and transformed into a charming inn with beautiful and comfortable rooms, one of which has a large terrace with a panoramic view. You will taste a Provencal cuisine, aumônière of hot goat cheese and its tomato coulis, grilled red mullet salad, rabbit with honey and lemon, nougat ice cream in the restaurant fitted out in the old stables, with its old well. A gourmet address to discover in Baudinard-sur-Verdon and a very good quality-price ratio.

Superbe expérience
On a essayé le petit déjeuner qui est au top et le repas avec le cordon bleu sauce bulldog incroyable!
La serveuse super sympa et julien le patron en cuisine toujours disponible et de bons conseils sur les coins a visiter autour du lac.
On reviendra tester l'hôtel

2 chauffeurs de car bloqué pour la journée à baudinard.acceuil a revoir .je sais pas si c'est le patron qui nous a servi mais limite désagréable. On lui a demandé si on pouvait manger ce midi. Il a répondu sèchement non pas ouvert .c est vraiment limite .si cela ne lui plaît pas il faut changer de métier. Finalement il nous a accepté tous les 2 mais on voyait bien que cela le faisait ch..r.par contre le repas rien à dire .la jeune serveuse étais très agréable et souriante

Wunderschön, oberhalb des Lac de St. Croix gelegenes kleines Hotel mit exzellentem eigenen Restaurant. Das alterwürdige, sanft renovierte Gebäude diente in früherer Zeit bereits als Pferdewechsel- und Poststelle. Nous étions deux randonneuses et avons été ravies. Très bon accueil du propriétaire, chambre agréable avec bonne literie. Repas délicieux ( brochette de poulet marinée au citron) avec serveuse agréable.
