A must-see in the region, this traditional market makes the reputation of the town of Aups and attracts all truffle lovers.

This3rd largest market in France takes place in Place Frédéric Mistral and Foyer Romano, every Thursday morning from the last Thursday of November to the end of March, production permitting. It's open to wholesalers and private individuals, with prices set by brokers according to the quality and size of the truffles on offer. It's best to buy in January or February, when truffles are at their best! The white truffle market (summer truffle) takes place every Wednesday morning from mid-June to the end of August.
