Situated on the southern slopes of the pre-Alps, between 438 and 580 metres above sea level, the 253 hectares of the estate benefit from a privileged location. All unnecessary chemical treatments are excluded and different varieties of olives are present on the estate. The olives are harvested in rotation to produce an oil, l'Or de Taurenne, AOP Provence. Six other oils are also produced: four monovarietal (bouteillan, petit ribier, aglandau and frantoio), one "old-fashioned taste" oil and one oil flavoured with lemon.

In their family property, Liliane and Sylvie, who took over from their mother Micheline, produce about 50 varieties of jams made the old-fashioned way, including the traditional ones of the house, watermelon with orange and figs with walnuts, but also the surprising courgettes with raspberry and pumpkin with rum, various fruit or vegetable chutneys, rosemary honey, black cherry syrup, soft quince paste and aromatic plant syrups. The Saint-Marc cellar offers 230 references of wines and spirits, more than 100 domains! From Provence of course but also wines from other regions, some organically grown, natural wines, Italian wines and spirits referenced with care and passion. The cellar is well cared for, with a pleasant tasting area.
