In their family property, Liliane and Sylvie, who took over from their mother Micheline, produce about 50 varieties of jams made the old-fashioned way, including the traditional ones of the house, watermelon with orange and figs with walnuts, but also the surprising courgettes with raspberry and pumpkin with rum, various fruit or vegetable chutneys, rosemary honey, black cherry syrup, soft quince paste and aromatic plant syrups.
