The estate, certified organic by Ecocert since 2014, extends over 120 hectares, where 36 hectares of vines are planted on clay-limestone soil on the lower slopes, very stony at the foot of the hill. The wines produced here are natural, with no yeast, enzymes or chemicals. The range comprises 4 AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence and IGP Coteaux du Verdon cuvées: Bob Singlar, les Monges, septentrionales and OVNI 100% Nat. The wines are fresh, unique and carefully crafted by the La Mongestine teams, with respect for the soil, nature and the environment.
