The estate, certified organic Ecocert since 2014, covers 120 hectares, where 36 hectares of vines are planted on clay-limestone soil on the bottom, very stony at the foot of the hill. The wines produced here are natural, without yeast, enzymes or chemicals. The range consists of 4 vintages in AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence and IGP Coteaux du Verdon: Bob Singlar, les Monges, septentrionales and OVNI 100% Nat. The wines are fresh, unique, carefully worked by the teams of the Mongestine, in the respect of the soil, the nature and the environment.
