The Mallessons farm 20 hectares of land on the northern slopes of Sainte-Victoire, ideal for growing perfume plants, mainly lavender, as well as aromatic and medicinal plants. These are traditionally distilled to produce essential oils, floral waters and soaps. Some is dried and transformed into herbes de Provence. They also produce a green fruity olive oil and honey for sale on site in the boutique. The distillery is not open to the public.
