The Mallessons cultivate 20 hectares of garrigue land that is ideal for growing perfume, aromatic and medicinal plants. The plants are traditionally distilled in their lab to produce essential oils, floral waters and soaps. The other part is dried and transformed into herbs of Provence. They also produce a green fruity olive oil. The distillery cannot be visited, but you can see the lavender fields in bloom in July.
