She also immediately ensured that we had our room keys and then facilitated a fantastic stay at the hotel. We have stayed in quite a few five star hotels before, but this was an extraordinary level of service. We were given free access to the basement Which also contained pool tables, spa facilities swimming pool and a masseuse…… Top class service and we look forward to coming back!
