One of the oldest businesses in the village, this bar-restaurant is an institution. Its clientele is a mix of locals and tourists. But whoever they are, they're all received with great respect by the owner. His specialty: roast leg of lamb on the bone with gratin dauphinois and garlic salad. For dessert, the tarte tatin is not to be missed! The products are fresh and everything is homemade. In short, an address not to be missed!

Après une randonnée, nous avons voulu simplement boire un verre à Saint-Rémy-de-Provence
Le serveur a été froid, à peine poli, et n’a même pas pris la peine de dire bonjour si je n’avais pas insisté
Aucun sourire, aucune attention, on avait clairement l’impression de déranger
Était-ce à cause de nos tenues de rando ? De nos peaux bronzées ?
En tout cas, le couple de retraités à côté de nous a eu droit à un tout autre accueil.
C’est inadmissible de traiter des clients comme ça
Nous sommes reparties avec un goût amer… et ce n’était pas dans nos verres.
