The address is well known to the people of Saint-Rémois. At Céline and Jérôme's, you can now enjoy many more varieties of teas, pancakes and even ice cream all year round in addition to the traditional and local recipes offered à la carte. You will find Sisteron lamb, Camargue bull and much more. A dish of the day is also served and several exceptional breakfast formulas await the gourmets.

A restaurant worth visiting.
Great food - the menu is limited but the food is exceptional and delicious!
Service was very attentive and a delightful romantic evening setting. Beautiful courtyard with a central water feature and hanging parasols and soft lighting.

Tarif excessif du menu,
tarif excessif des vins
service aux petits oignons, super sommelier,
table dans le passage du service créant ainsi un courant d’air incessant, l’impression systématique qu’on va se prendre le plateau dans le coin de l’œil….
Trop de représentation à mon sens.
Les plats ne sont pas à la hauteur des photos d’instagram
l’impression de gêner à 23h on vous fait comprendre qu’il y’a des petits déjeuner à servir le lendemain

Un hotel en Saint-Remy-de-Provence muy céntrico y buen ubicado. Dispone de un restaurante con estrella michelín, aunque nosotros decidimos probar la gastronomía local.
La wifi de la habitación dejó de funcionar al segundo día, y el primero iba bastante lento. No tiene ascensor para subir a la segunda planta por lo que hay que cargar a peso las maletas, aunque en recepción nos llevaron una de las pequeñas.
Lo mejor del hotel sin duda es su ubicación, desde donde se puede ir a pie a cualquier sitio de la ciudad.

La gastronomie tout d’abord, Fanny Rey révolution la gastronomie française par sa créativité et donne du sens à tous ses plats jusqu’à fromage et dessert où l’art de cuisiner à 2 mains avec Jonathan Wahid ????????????
Nous avons également passé une à l’hôtel en plein cœur de St Rémy de Provence avec tout le charme d’une rénovation de qualité et une décoration fine et raffinée.
Le personnel est au petit soin, professionnel et accueillant.
Nous arrêtons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour à l’Auberge de St Rémy.
