Located in Mimet, in the highest village in the Bouches-du-Rhône region, with a breathtaking view of the Etoile mountain range, the hotel-restaurant Le Grand Puech has a lot going for it, both in terms of its setting and its cuisine. Chef Michel Basaldella combines the flavors of Provence with those of his native Italy: sardines Venetian-style, homemade gnocchi with Genoa pesto sauce, everything is absolutely delicious. Extend your stay at the hotel, for a romantic weekend for example, by booking a dinner and breakfast package on your room's panoramic terrace. How romantic!

Nous sommes venu a 4. Mon amie et 2 copains ce samedi soir. Un très bon moment. Un vin italien excellent et des plats de qualité. Un service sympathique et de bons conseils pour les desserts et les accords mets et vins. On reviendra certainement. Merci pour ce moment très agréable. Pas d'avis sur les chambres, nous n'avons pas dormi a l'hôtel. Uniquement le restaurant.
