Exceptional chocolate and pastry maker, Corentin Torres, vice-champion of France for young chocolate makers, has set up his shop in the 8th arrondissement, in the Pointe Rouge district. A chance for the southern neighbourhoods which were still lacking good pastry chefs, usually more towards the city centre. When entering this shop, watch your eyes. When you come out of it, watch your taste buds. The creations are superb, fine in taste and astonishing in the recipes. Individual desserts, set pieces and iced pastries rub shoulders with biscuits, calissons and chocolate sweets. At the end of the year, the home-made logs are a great success, and rightly so.
