Two new owners for this South of town institution, founded in 1949, and which has seen Raimu, Pagnol, Fernandel and more recently Vincent Cassel among its customers. The young duo are determined to preserve what has always made this popular bar-restaurant a success, from early morning to late evening, all week long. As for the kitchen, the new managers have called on a young chef from Lyon, Aubin Ducol, who is determined to bring his creative flair to the BDA menu. So there's change in store, without changing what we love about the place.
