On Roucas Blanc beach, in the Prado seaside park, what was once a popular beachside snack bar has been reinvented as a cool bar-restaurant with its feet in the water. A place to dine on weekends, have a drink until late on Fridays and Saturdays, or brunch with friends on Sundays. On the plate: salads, pizzas, and then back to sunbathing or taking a dip. Nothing more, nothing less.
